This app is now a waste of time and phone storage. They've added a new "scratch off" you're SUPPOSE to be able to get if you don't qualify for a survey. I've gotten 1 scratch off out of the last 4 non qualifying surveys, and I didn't even get the nickel that I use to get. I've been sitting at $1.00 now for over a month and you can't cash out till you have $10. Don't bother with this one anymore. I don't even recommend when I'm out with friends and meet new people.

Unfortunately, my next cash out will be my last. I used to love this survey app because not qualifying for a survey still credited 10 cents to your account. Not long ago, they decreased that amount to 5 cents. Now, in the most recent update, they decreased it to nothing (except these scratch off cards that have only ever been "no luck this time" outcomes). I no longer have any insensitive to attempt a survey; especially when I find that I don't qualify for most. My time is worth more to me.

‼️ BIG HEADS UP ‼️ while this is honestly a pretty solid app, if your phone is older is won't work great! on my old phone, the app monitoring would constantly cut out no matter what i tried, which resulted in a fair bit of losses. however, after moving to a new phone, everything works wonderfully!! i've made about $25 using it and really do like the app!

***Update*** I am leaving my original review because it still malfunctions all the time but their customer service is great and I have been able to make a little bit of money from the app and have gotten to try a lot of new and cool products. It's getting ridiculous- it was my favorite app, but over the last few years they have changed so much, and now- it's becoming less appealing- I use it for extra cash, as many of us do, but not allowing us to cash out except for every 7 days is not only ridiculous but very inconvenience- the money from the surveys goes into our PayPal, venmo, etc. Surveys has nothing to do with our banks, and our banks are the ones that take the precaution of fraud. That's what passwords are for.

It didn't give surveys a lot but just every once in a while. But surveys were good and easy and informative Thanks This game has locked my phone and I can't get to my other games to play. It's just stuck and won't get unstuck can't get to the place to show all games to uninstall this game and unstick my phone and it's just horrible not being able to use my phone and I can't get any help in fixing this problem

I love this app it pays instaly after cash out I have made 300 dollars this year. Never had trouble with it out payments. I recommend it to everyone. That wonts to make a Little extra money on the side. There customer service is great I had to email them about a survey I know it ant there fault and they help me out. I've had this for a while and it used to be a really good survey app, but now it's more of a sham, not only did they lower the amount you get when you don't qualify for a survey [it used to be 10 cents but they lowered it to 5], but the surveys are now all basically impossible to qualify for.
