Don't recomend this app, i bought it a month ago (and google charge twice for the product... for no reason), and all was well, but suddenly stop working, i've rechecked all my settings and can't make it work. When it was workin it had a lag, not so great but noticeable. No that i've done trying to make it work, have found the app SuperDisplay, and is much better, it doesn't have any lag and is working great.

I'll admit I was left a little sour when I realized the LITE version of this app is only a 10-minute trial, but it only took me 5 minutes total to set up the app. most of us 5 minutes was finding the program for my computer and installing it. the moment I opened the app and plugged in my phone it just worked. I'll also admit that requiring a wire is a tad inconvenient, but the inconvenience is worth the reliability and data protection that comes with avoiding networks.

It's not perfect but so far it's more stable and less laggy than all the wireless screen mirroring solutions I've tried. Most importantly, it works with the e-ink screen on my Likebook android ereader. I plan to use the ereader (tethered to a Windows laptop) to monitor the progress of Powerpoint presentations. This will avoid the eyestrain and headaches I get from LED screens. Although there's a bit of a lag I can also advance the slides using the ereader's touchscreen.

The Windows client needs some developer optimization! Otherwise these apps do exactly what they're supposed to (remember it's not ONLY a droid app). Works fine on Win10 Pro & an old Samsung Galaxy Tab3 (KitKat 4.4.2), so newer Android devices/OS versions should be supported. Despite the provided instructions, you may need to UPDATE DRIVERS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS in Device Manager. Mine wouldn't work at all until I updated the "SAMSUNG Android ADB Interface" driver which was not mentioned in the instructions. The correct driver pulls from Windows Update, but you have to manually force-check updates to get it. The Android app doesn't need any settings adjustments but in the Windows client, make sure to set the Framerate to LOW & the Quality to NORMAL. The "Set Resolution" button opens the Windows resolution options, make sure to accept the "Recommended" Windows resolution for the Android device. Anything else made the Android screen so laggy it was unusable, & my PC is a pretty high-end gaming rig with more than enough power to run anything I throw at it. You need to put in some effort on the Windows side to make it work right, but once you get it set up it's a handy thing to have.

Using this on a Surface Pro 6 i7 with Galaxy S10 SnapDragon... using USB3.0 speed, it's alot faster than when I use my much older Galaxy TabS 10.5 which is only USB2.0. So this seems to take alot of advantage of whatever you throw @ it. I can now have a total of 3 displays on the go by using a display-port portable... The things I wish can change is, to allow the native resolutions of the phone to be used, this only seems to go up to 1080p, while my phone can go twice that.. and the Splashtop windows agent does not minimize to tray.. It does take up alot of CPU usage but that depends on what resolution, frame-rate and quality you choose, and it has to go over USB so that is expected. It just pegs one of my cores on a quad-core, so no problem.

The app works fine for me thankfully, BUT for some reason i have to restart my computer for it to work properly everytime. If i disconnect my tablet and connect it again, there's a huge delay between the two monitors and they're not in sync (10-15 seconds). Please help. I use an android tablet, and yes i did everything correctly because once again, everytime i restart my computer it works just fine. ty

This app has always worked well for me. I wish I had a USB-C phone so I could see if it would have smoother framerates. It's pretty good though, I have used it to try to watch side-by-side videos in VR, and I've been looking for side-by-side games to play. It works really well with Dolphin (Wii/GameCube emulator) in side-by-side mode. You should get this app! Update: using the Samsung S10e and it works super well, even over USB2. USB3 is even better and while it's not latency-free, I don't notice spikes and the phone client runs very well in High framerate, High quality mode.
Stuff Man
Acts a little wonky sometimes. Every now and then I have to pull down the notification bar and switch the USB over to like "Midi" and "Transfer" or whatever, whichever one isn't working. Besides that it does the job. I wish there was a way to get it to save the amount of zoom since the resource monitor program I have running in it doesn't have a way to rescale.
