I tried to contact 1st Energy several times by phone today and they were not responding to my calls as I rang the number given. It seems that the amount I agreed to have direct debit has changed and instead of fortnightly payments it has been overlooked and is only withdrawing monthly with a lesser amount which is not enough to cover my usage now. I did not agree for this change, but when I call the number to talk to someone you can't they do not receive your calls or even contact you back.

It is no longer possible to see power usage by: - tarrifs (water/heating vs lights/outlets) - peak vs off peak (if that's what you have) - calendar month totals (for tracking solar). What is the point of collecting all the data if I cannot see it? Very unimpressed.

Can't log in most times and when I do I can't open my bill to see itemised charges. Only an amount due. I like to know what I'm paying for before I pay!!!
