fare from my place to crowne plaza showed 21.99 if paid by cash at the end I was charged 27 QR ...Note - I was at the pick up point before the taxi arrived so there was no waiting for the taxi ...they need to be clear and accurate with their pricing.

This is the most worst app I've ever experience in my life.. Drivers don’t know the route properly, or they intensionally take the long route for extra money.. I'm deleting this app👎

I booked a car to drop me at the airport. first he said that he will take cash payment only.I don't have cash so the mode of payment is online. (Payment indicated thru online banking). After he dropped me to the airport he insisted me to gave him a cash and withdraw a money. I told him that it was already credited to his app wallet or account whatsoever,he borrow my phone and booked again by itself and he left. Luckily, I deleted the mode of payment online and change to cash. SCAM DRIVERS

can you stop marking your app? It's literally the worst. The car category does not come as I chose. And it takes forever for the driver to come to me and the cars are nasty and in worst condition. Rude drivers and fighting telling me i didn't pay and i paid online, but they dont have wifi! this is the worst experience ever

I’ve been facing serious issues with the Taxif app lately. The car categories often don’t match what's shown, and my ride requests are being accepted by drivers who are too far away. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I'm in a rush. I had to cancel three rides in a row because each driver was more than 15 minutes away, and then I got a notification that I might be temporarily blocked for repeated cancellations. This is unacceptable when the app can't provide nearby drivers promptly.

It's not about the taxi service.. It's about your ad. The worst ad if I open youtube. Noisee. Seems like the guy in the ad seeing a taxi first time in his life. Too much noises 🙄

The app is a scam. Driver is delaying unnecessarily and if I want to cancel, they will charge 6 QAR for it. A complete scam. Should be reported to Ministry
