Obsolete, outdated, users have many apps MAPS, the map in this app is redundant. Users need to do many technical functions which can be automated. forgot to save, lost money, forgot to sync - lost money. User Interface is very counterproductive. Naming of the functions are NOT intuitive at all.

App occasionally goes blank after taking photos, kicks out out call & you have to go back into the call to carry on, then it happens again. Sometimes after syncing the app crashes, which crashes my phone, then I have to restart the app to start again. Also get a failed message after entering start details & pressing check-in. Doesn't always respond when pressing the down arrow on unplanned, so need to press again on doing so it loads then closes the unplanned list.

Unhelpful, aways a big issue to login and require assistance.

Was a great app before but since the last two updates (I am niw on 2.0.70) it is very slow and hangs/ freezes for a couple of seconds at each input stage, from logon all the way through the operation. The app is now so unstable I keep a paper log just in case it crashed. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY. PS I use it on a Nokia 5 with Android Pie

All in all its a good app for managing team projects, but the map function is decidedly dodgy. It never works quite as well as it could. Very frustrating. New version doesn't work at all on the new Samsung Note 10.

Constantly telling me I have no internet connection and will not sync. I have full bars, am able to download anything else from the internet but unable to sync TH. Very annoying

Sinse the update it is slow and keeps crashing.They need to make it so you can have more that one teamhaven app on your phone as I work for alot of companies that use it for reporting in the same store and you have to keep login out and in .

Have to use for work, but not good. Constantly crashes and freezes. Been in contact with Team Haven who have many excuses why app doesn't work, usually blaming problem on issue with users phone or tablet. Not great
