They can never help when things go wrong - why cause the rules are in their favour. We paid for the year and apparently we clicked on the wrong location- never happened before - but that's the only reason so now when we asked if it can change - no we need to buy another pack. it was working earlier ,but some magic happened so we have a pack that's useless - can't transfer can't refund can't adjust. How flexible. Last year we were on auto renewal but that didn't happen! So we paid full. Waste

Delivery is not working properly (long waiting time and not delivered orders due to issues on their vendor integration etc) and their help center is not doing anything other than copy pasting standard messages. For them it is okay to make the customer wait for 1 hour without informing that their order is not even reached to the vendor. And they even do not compensate a small voucher etc. for that horrible experience. It is not okay to only refund if you waste customer's time with your broken app

I just updated the app to the latest version and after opening the app, it just bombs out. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and reloading the app, but the problem persists. I currently am unable to open the app and use it. Real headache now!

I am new to this app. I've got the FNB app for South Africa, however, on this entertainer app I just can't select South African restaurants. Only Dubai, Bahrain and Singapore come up as options. The edit/search your location function is not working. Can you guys please look into this matter? Thanks

The app is using my location, but keeps throwing me to Dubai when I am in South Africa. Every offer is almost 7000km away.

Edit: location issue was resolved and app is much better now. However, one thing that is not very user friendly is the fact that it will show you locked offers. I would like an option to filter only what I have already paid for. Old: Useless after the update. Finding deals is now close to impossible unless you know exactly where the restaurant is located on the map. Even if you search within area located on the map - restaurant will not show up.

We bought the app in 2018 and absolutely loved it. Had so many fun activities and savings on it, basically used it every time we went out. In 2019 we have been so DISAPPOINTED! So many restaurants and activities are no longer on the app and there is barely an occasion to use it now. So sad since we really enjoyed it but now we definitely will not buy it again next year, a waste of money.

I received an email from ENTERTAINER suggesting an update of the app, promising a better version. I regret doing this 😣😖 as the app is now showing just five businesses near me, to of which are not even in the catering industry. When switching to 'Show all' I am getting results of businesses over 4000 miles away in Dubai when I live in Malta 🤔. It's either I don't get it or else something is very wrong with this update. Can I reverse to the previous version. If not kindly advise what I can do to fix this issue. Otherwise this is useless and a big waste of money.
