I updated the easylife app 3.8.4 to this one but it's not working ,my cameras have stopped and when I enter details it says device does not exist 🤔 now all my set up has ruined I don't know if this is the new version of easylive 3.8.4 ..I have ajax device security purchased since 2021 ..it's a been a week with this issue ..

App has become somewhat more functional but is missing core features of other apps. The alarm notification should be sent with a screen capture of the recording being triggered, not just Device 'camera' motion occured as text. I want to be able to quickly squiz and see who's at the door from my camera but can't without opening the app and waiting for the image to download. In 2023 the app needs an overhaul to bring features up to date.

Playback and timestamps are a bit inaccurate. I find it hard to watch what happened a few minutes/few hours ago. It usually goes back a whole day, and you have to have a lot of guessing and scrolling on the time stamps to find what you're looking for. Please look into making the playback and timing more accurate

Absolutely amazing app 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 one thing.. how can I see multiple cameras at the same time thou? Cause I can only open one at the time ..

Seems somewhat better than the old easylive but some features also don't appear to be working the same. All alerts are one minute even if you set the time shorter, and pictures don't download automatically on screenshots. Hoping these issues get sorted out soon.

Easylive plus does not login at all.suddenly stopped working. reported many time followed instruction. They needs to work on this and now easylive app also does not connect device or work. Using samsung galaxy j7 and j5pro. can not login at all. I am without mobile app. use for nearly six months. no software support(solution) from tiandy yet.
