This app has been abandoned by the developers. I have it working but it's more trouble than it's worth. -It needs to be the 'default' NFC application on your phone which means you need to open Google Wallet to pay for other things. -It takes 15-20 seconds to initiate and be ready to pay. -It will often give 1-2 errors about 'no connection' before it's ready to pay. If you know all these things you can have the app open as a bus approaches but it's unnecessarily complicated. Get a Tmoney card.

The app works and very convenient, always have my galaxy s22 ultra in my hand. Minimum 4G to work. Slow to open, but widget makes it faster. Can't to do shake-to-pay, option can't be enabled because the notifcation to enable settings within app won't go away unless you close the app and then it a repeat process. Can't use at Gimhae light station in Busan to get to airport. Have to buy token to get on. Please fix. But from airport to haeundae, exiting Gimhae LS works, just not entering GLS.

Apart from getting the TMoney function for free (during promo period), there was NOTHING good about this app. What a complete nightmare to use! It kept crashing, logged me out and couldn't log back in, failed to start and always had trouble scanning properly. A total embarrassment! I got scolded by bus drivers multiple times for being slow to pay and got shoved a couple of times by subway passengers waiting behind me to enter and exit gates (because the app wouldn't start / didn't work). AWFUL!

Get a physical card, it's way easier! Although the app did what is supposed to, it was one of the worst digital experience I had. I experienced most problems when roaming and not in a Korean network. When you're tapping in or out, it first says that it can't connect. Retrying, it takes forever for the payment screen with the balance to finally appear. When you're registering a credit card for payment. It takes 3.2%, and crashes all the time. The latter is better when connected to Korean wifi

It works well if you have cellphone reception, I only had issues occasionally when I still had WiFi enabled. However the biggest problem is, after using my credit card to charge the Tour Card about 5 times inside the app, it blocked my card from being used. There's really no way to get that block removed (from what I know) so you end up needing to use a different card, which of course will get blocked eventually as well. (and it's currently still blocked from adding more money 6 months later)

It doesn't work after the airport don't waste ur time thinking u did smt wrong. They just can't build an app that actually works Also they don't save your card number so every time you want to charge you have to enter your card number one by one letter on their stupd keyboard and everything every single time They don't even let u paste yeah And setting it as a default app doesn't do anything U have to open and wait till the app is ready to be used

Appreciate the eco-friendliness and app top-up/refund convenience :) But app is outdated and not user-friendly: 1) requires users to set app as default payment (replaced Google pay), yet NFC does not work automatically (had to enter the app each time for payments); 2) does not save credit card info (which is reasonable) but also does allow copying and pasting card details (memorize your details or have the card/image elsewhere - app stopped working when I switched windows within same phone).

The app has connection issues. Both my friend and I were stuck connecting to the app and using it to enter and exit stations. Just buy a Tmoney card, some 7-11 have cute ones, and it can be a souvenir to take home.
