The app works as it's described, lets you control the earbud more advanced. Currently using Spacebuds and it's awesome! One thing tho, it would be nice if the user can pick individually each earbud what the tap function going to do (single, double, triple-tap). At the moment it can only choose left/right earbud to control the volume/control the music (next, back, pause). Also why the single-tap for volume control is volume down lol, should be volume up.

Got Mine yesterday, been playing Music the Whole day ❤️🔥. Works well with Freepods 3C. Almost got discouraged because of the other reviews but i went for it and it's worth the Sound Quality. Phone call distance from phone and call quality in a noisy environment needs improvement. I can't see any ENC. But overall, it's a great Product

For those who are complaining about the disabled one-tap gestures (on Freepods lite). To skip to the next song, tap and hold on the right earbud and the left earbud to skip to the previous song, and to pause and play the song, Double Tap on any of the earbuds. I feel it's a good thing they disabled the one-tap gestures to minimize incidental touches. So for my own complaint; the app should make provisions for widgets so i can see my earbuds and case battery at a glance on my home screen.

Add a widget that shows the connected devices battery level. Design preferably one that resembles a head and ears(a big circle for the case and smaller circles for the buds left and right) and another variation for watches which is obviously just one circle. How to write the percentage should be simple enough at this point.

"I bought the Oraimo Freepods Neo today and installed the app. Everything works fine, but the app is missing some important functions, such as showing the TWS charging time, the battery percentage, and other issues. When you enter the app interface, it should be easy to see all these details. Please release an app update to improve these features."❤️🇧🇩🇧🇩

Horrible product! I'm using airpod light, and every time I turn them on, only one side connects to Bluetooth. I have to spend a long time fidgeting with the product until both sides connect. Sometimes Ijusthavetogive up. Customerservice is useless. And the controls aren't very responsive. Very much disappointed with Oraimo.

The app is not working correctly. Signing in comes back with invalid token. And the connection of boompop lite doesn't open beyond connection. Literally nothing to do on the app. The worst is that after the first opening after downloading, it doesn't open again. A lot still has to be done.

The tap controls (for freepods lite) were mid before (the customisation offered was too restrictive). Then came the update that made it even worse, messed it up real bad. I updated it, and the single tap option for music control was set to none, and I can't skip to the next song. Abeg fix it 🤲🏾. Please 🙏🏽🤲🏾
