The App constantly asks me to login by entering my work email address and then having to wait for a code to be sent to my work email. This is really annoying when trying to use the App when travelling, when by definition you need instant access. Why can't it be configured to use my phone biometrics like all the other travel Apps on my phone?

Horrible! Booked a hotel reservation and then saw that the price I paid through TravelPerk was significantly more than booking with hotel itself. I requested a cancellation with TravelPerk and they cancelled my reservation, but haven't refunded my credit card. They do not offer 24/7 help, just a messaging service. TravelPerk is a European company and are on ECT time. I would love to cancel another reservation that I have with them, but I fear that I won't get refunded. Definitely don't use them!

There seems to have been an update that now requires you to do the text reognition security system. Once through that tge page just buffers and never opens.

Started used TravelPerk as a request from my company and had a terrible first experience. Hotel didn't want to accept the digital credit card that TravelPerk told me to use. I then called them and after 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone, I gave up and tried the chat instead. It's been over 24 hours and no one has replied to my messages. This is unacceptable since when issues with these things arise, they need to be taken care of asap. I ended up having to pay for the hotel using my own CC

Most stressfull way of traveling. Flight from Amsterdam to San Francisco got canceled and they changed it to a new flight with an extra layover and 10 more hours of duration WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. Missed a meeting with a client due to this and was unable to pick up the rental car from SFO because the new flight landed at 11pm and the rental car offices are closed by then. Checking into the airbnb was an odyssey due to lack of communication too. I am shocked by how stressfull using this is.

Practically useless. They failed to pay for my stay, so I had to pay out of my pocket, and support case on refunding me keeps going for more than a month now and it ended up by support saying that I have to contact the hotel myself and that they can't help me. There is zero value added to any trips by this application.
