Not user-friendly. The equipment they sent me has caused my bulkhead module to fail on three separate occasions. Luckily, freightliner warrants parts and labor for a year. They finally concluded it was the eld. They recommended I disconnect the eld and ever since, no problem whatsoever. Truckx refuses to replace the faulty equipment. I highly recommend staying away from truckx..

Pretty decent Elog. But the app needs major improvements. It always needs to reconnect. Pixel 6 pro had that problem and now pixel 8 pro. It should have put me in drive mode but it says away. I just want it to stay connected. Old truckx is better. It knew that you drove and would ask if you would like to accept it

Garbage. Device does not sync with app. Update-2 years later... Device STILL does not sync with app unless the phone or tablet is unlocked, screen on, with internet connection. Also, with this new little ELD update of theirs, you cannot edit ANYTHING. 98% of the time it won't switch to Driving automatically or back to On Duty like they claim will happen. Today I lost 1.5 hours of Drive time bc this POS decided switch automatically at 5mph without my knowledge??

Pure O Mentality

My employer is testing this ELD in my truck. This app is clunky and slow. At times I'm unable to change from Driving to On Duty after stopping. Have to turn off the truck and turn it back on to change. Not one bit impressed by the performance. It's way to slow to respond to touches and very basic looking. TruckX says they worked with drivers while making this software. I find that hard to believe. There's a good reason why this is free.

Aman from Batinda was super amazing in helping with my ELD issues today earlier. Aman was very professional and knowledgeable in ELD field. Truckx needs to promote Aman to Management position. 1) When changing Status, app keeps trying to get Location and wouldn't let the user change the status. Each time I have to FORCE STOP to change my status. 2) App doesn't recognize that driver isn't driving or even Engine is not running , App still Keeps you in the Driving Mode by chance if driver forget to change it. It would be very helpful if it change the status to Eithet OFF DUTY OR OFF DUTY. Because both can be edited but not the DRIVING status. Issue fixed.
