It took this provider nearly 3 weeks to install and turn on our WiFi while billing our contract when we moved home. They've turned it back off stating a request to change providers was made which was not from us. And now it's going to take another 2 weeks ( while being billed ) to turn it back on. We do not require a home visit from any engineers or new parts this could literally be done on UWs end. So we are confused why the long wait for someone to press a button. Terrible service.

The UW App is a convenient tool for managing my account, tracking bills, and handling customer service requests. I appreciate the easy access to information and the quick ability to make payments. However, there are occasional glitches and bugs that can affect the user experience, like slow loading times or issues with certain features not working properly. If these are addressed, the app could be even more seamless. Overall, it’s useful but needs some improvements.

It's ok for a basic app but it should show the transactions on your account and you should be able to see the energy usage thats been used. I want to see my DD amount, the payments I've made and my monthly use. The only good thing is the ability to contact them easily. Very outdated.

Rubbish app for consistency ! This is now the 5 th time I've had to uninstall it, while I'm at the shop on 5 different occasions ! What has happened to it !!! I seriously am doubting having a Utility warehouse cash back card, it's not exactly cheap. Very frustrated !

A great feature would be to have a balance message after each transaction especially when there are multiple users. Just a little push notification, this would save attempting to use the card being declined and either using another card or keeping everyone waiting by topping up. Some retailers have struggled with the card (big orange DIY store for example).

I've downloaded this app only to realise (not only this energy supplier) what's as though I've already got an account with this, and any other. The energy supplier I have, along with what other expenses related to the house, inc the water supply even but it's all together (as is mentioned). Inc mobile data or phone service in general along with broadband and TV company at the moment I can't keep up. As said, I don't have an account, never have so why only ask for log-in details ..?

Super glitchy app. Often fails with payments and security. Can keep restarting itself every few seconds and hijack everything on your phone so you can't use your phone. Did this even when I'd uninstalled the app and restarted the phone

can have multiple users equipped with a UW card, but the app doesn't fully sorry two users meaning that one person has to do most of the account operation. this is beyond frustrating, but otherwise a good app/system.
