Cannot easily disconnect from VPN on new version. There is no disconnect button visible so I just start clicking around on the connection info box until I get a disconnect message. Also don't see the VPN connection listed in the notification bar anymore.

I've bought 2 lifetime subscriptions from them and they worked for about 5 years. Recently I tried to log in, but my supposedly lifetime subscription had expired without any notice. I sent 3 support requests to VPNSecure; the first one was deleted, the second one was marked "resolved" without any explanation, and the third one was deleted. If companies don't want to honor lifetime subscriptions in the future, they shouldn't sell them. I will never buy any subscription from this company again.

I picked up a lifetime subscription to the service recently and I've been testing this app for the last week. As far as I can tell, the service works fine, but this app just isn't for me. Frequent disconnects, failure to reconnect, slow sign on, and a dislike of other vpns installed mean I'll be continuing to pay PIA yearly, as their app is leagues ahead. I'm not sure the kill switch works, either. This should come in handy occasionally, but couldn't recommend if reliability is important.

Have been using the app for over a year. Overall, I've been very satisfied. No logs generated service. Can use peer-to-peer apps with it, on all servers. Most of all, support is very responsive and knowledgeable. When I contacted them about a minor issue I was having on one specific kind of device, an update was available to fix it in less than 48 hours. Excellent! Two negatives: Hulu seems to have blocked it. Occasionally, throughput is a bit slow. 95% of the time it's not an issue. Grade: A-

I don't see any speed problems but I'm sure some servers are more in use than others. just switch servers if you notice speed drops. Still top notch after several years. Excellent cust service in the rare moments you need it. 👍Running great on my Moto z3 running Android 9. I have had no problem running on all versions back to Android 6 on various phones. I use this same VPN service on all my windows and Linux computers. Top notch VPN!😀

My vpn stopped working completely. I have contacted support several times but not received any response. I have over 3500 days left on my membership when I check on their website but the app says 0 days

It was working well for many years, but now system told me that my LIFETIME subscription has been expired! How it's either possible? Support didn't answer any of my request!

Bought it on sale for life time membership. Turned out to suck. It will connect on both my android and windows pc but the connection is soooooo slow and would sometimes just stop working. 130mb/s with my regular internet. I struggled to hit 3mb/s using this regardless of server I chose. Needless to say that was a waste of $$$ and I'm back to using turbo VPN on my phone. Way better! Still not sure what to do on pc though.
