I can never open the game without issues. It's always lagging and it gets stuck a lot. It's fun but a loooot of issues. The animation and the rewards are great. Please resolve the problems. I've been trying to open it for the last 10 minutes and it's still not opening.

i love this game but it is excruciatingly slow when starting it up, and every time i move something, chop, merge, etc, it takes a few seconds, sometimes up to 10 seconds, to complete the action. the only thing that seems to work without any issues is when there's a new event on a different map. the game would be so much more fun if i didn't have to wait every time i needed to do something.

I would give this 5 stars as the game itself is great however there's a long time lag every time you click on or move an object which makes the game awkward to play. I'm not sure if it's a bug problem with the game or the server, but if the lag time was back to normal then it would definitely be a 5 star game, as all the features and mechanisms make it such and entertaining game.

Like everyone else, the game is stuck. It is saying tutorial had to be completed (I've been playing for a long time, I'll be upset if it deleted my progress). However we can't compete the tutorial because the rewards menu (specifically the train rewards) is overtop of the tutorial, and will not let us exit. You'll need to update the game again to fix this. I don't have more information to give, so please don't send the generic auto response asking for more information!

After the last update, the game demand me to finish the tutorial for the new game. But, the didn't let me close the ads for the package. So, I reinstalled the game. After I loading my previous acc, I got all the previous data, except all the achievement I got in competition. It's really irked me, because I was rank 1 in the competition and only need a little bit more to unlock the last reward.

I'm having the same issues as mentioned in other reviews. Not receiving rewards and terrible lag. I have reached out to the devs via email and have not gotten a response yet. Seems that these issues are still ongoing and a new update needs to be issued. Otherwise, it's a great game and I'm enjoying playing.

I would love to give it 5 stars but a lot of the times when I click to start the games it won't load past 49%. I don't know why I keep trying to get it to load anymore. And I am always on wifi when try to load the game.

It takes forever to load. Freezes when you merge stuff. Is then slow to catch up. And when I have all my guys cooking when I leave the app, when I come back in at least 2 of them show they weren't cooking and I know they were. So your stealing back from what I've done. 👎 bad job guys when you've got to jip points on a pointless game. Shame shame
