Has never worked. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid". This has been the case for years. Now they've altered my phone plan and I will have to call them to see what they've done and get it fixed. Usually calls are around an hour for even minor issues. This app has no support, which makes the app itself completely useless.

Excellent response today Feb 24th from Kenny. Having trouble activating my replacement Sim card after failure of installed Sim. He patiently guided this elderly person through the process and, Bingo!, back on line again. Thanks Kenny.

Great app. Tells you data use and what you have left on your prepaid account (days, calls, sms) very clearly, with a widget on your home screen available, too. I love that you can recharge even if you are out of data (unlike other providers). The help chat window mostly works, and has given me fast resolution of the only problem I have had, which is recharging once and being charged twice. The money was refunded faster than I was advised. Great, easy-to-use app.

Moved over from Aldi. The app is so much better. You get the impression sldi not putting a y money into development. Everday has faster speeds and better value

One of the worst app I have installed in my phone. Worked for one day, logged off and when I tried to log back in, it would not work. Always said try again later. Uninstalled and installed again, but it just would not log me in. Email/ mobile number and password are all correct. If I login to the desktop sites, no problem. Fix the bloody thing. For a big corporation like Woolworths, it should be able to provide their costumers at least a decent service.

App is useless. Will not sign me in due to "network connection error". Uninstall/reinstall the app and no change, though now I have the option of actually signing in and a help button that opens to a big white screen that asks if I really want to "leave the chat" when I exit. I can still make and receive calls/texts, so no actual network issues. I've had this app for years with no issue. I assume whatever you "fixed" with your last update has completely wrecked what was a good app.

Woolworths has been great. This is great value data for the price. Plus 10% off shopping every month. The only two Data plans I recommend is $30 for 32GB and $40 for 52GB of Data. The actual app isn't great but only go on the app to recharge. Woolworths is great for the average user. I don't have wifi, but if I did, I would find a cheaper plan as I wouldn't use much data. I live on my own so I am switching to unlimited data, Netflix here I come!!

Not very good coverage. There are like 5 spots in my studio that has no reception but when I switch to wifi it instantly works no hassles. Every moring from 7am-11am I struggle to get reception. This is poor coverage by telstra.
