I stopped receiving alarms on the app, I use this to cancel false alarms. A control room agent advised I update the app. After updating I am now receiving alarms and cancel where necessary but the application asks me to log in every time even though I have the remember me option checked. This affects Blue more than it does me because by the time I log in again, I'm not able to cancel the alarm on time and it's wasting the time of the control room agents who could be tending to actual emergencies

This app is terrible. When you try and cancel your alarm activation, you enter your password and then you're greeted with "No Yes" instead of submit. No yes what??? After that the app keeps notifying you about the alarm activation and you have to keep entering your password. Visually it looks like it was designed by a 5 year old

I've used this two times so far. The first time, they were able to pinpoint my location and assist. The second time (a few months ago) they didn't come to the location that I was despite me telling them this, and instead went to my home.

Install and contact Blue regarding the sites if you cannot figure it out. This app is brilliant and even advises the zone that has been activated within a few seconds. Well done Blue.

The App does not always allow me to cancel...most often the cancelation feature does not pop up thus have to wait for the call from blue to cancel the call out. Disappointing

Does not work on my Samsung S20+. When I try to login it just says unexpected error. My iPhone works fine, on the same wifi. Please could someone see what the issue is

Anyone can BYPASS Dection by most of the sensors with a (wetsuit)[some Thermal insulation]) then it's easy to destroy the (mainFrame) App last updated Oct 2019
