This app is designed for maintenance yet does not show the entire description of what they need to fix. This is a blind oversight and we continuously get work orders on which we cannot read the description. Without knowing what to fix we cant do the work. Also while making notes, the keyboard covers the save button, which discards the note if not pressed. This week we had many errors telling us we had to enter the times before the ticket could be submitted, times were in the app,but not in yardi

Rushed and unfinished. "Have" to use it for work. There are clear signs of what the developer "wants" to include, but it's an incomplete buggy mess. Every update that "fixes" one issue causes at least two more, and the UI is clearly not designed by someone who kept Keep It Simple Stupid in mind with too many tabs and collapsed info. fields making it impossible to take in necessarily information to do my job at a simple glance, and too many unnecessary entry fields for work order creation.

If you can successfully navigate past its Login errors by reinstalling the app until it works and actually pushes you through into inspections, it will take literal minutes to load even 1 inspection. When uploading your completed inspection, it will say "successfully completed" but it lies. You have to keep submitting it until it actually vanishes, otherwise it will be locked in pending on the computer. Sometimes this can take 5 or 6 tries. Infuriating. Hot garbage.

You would think something that important to which this app is connected to you'd get a notification when you get a service request or an emergency, but nope let's just open the app thirty times a day which takes forever because you constantly have to put in your password.... Then have to literally search for it and when you do find something you have to assign it to yourself... What a joke...

It crashes way to often and it wont me edit a work order once its seleceted

Can't even do a full inspection before you get kicked out and have to sign back in which takes forever to even do that. That is if it only kicks you out once. Then trouble logging back in, just a complete mess. Wouldn't use it if I didn't "have" to.

Half of everything doesn't work how it should. Most noticeably would be anything about messaging a tenant doesn't work, whether it be letting them know I'm on my way for a work order or just general SMS. There are 0 ways to sort through work orders in the queue and when my property is pushing 70 W/Os per week alone, that won't do.

App doesn't work right. Really inconvenient haven't to Uninstall and reinstall every day. Sometimes multiple times in one day. Can't get work done when in constantly having to work around wether the app will work right
