A Google user

The app works great to pay your bill. I use it often. It doesn't update regularly though. I check all my bills on every payday to see what's due and pay it. I've checked for a month straight and nothing is due from DEC. Then all of a sudden I have a past due balance? I call BS. Companies like Verizon send a notice through the app when the bill is ready not just overdue. The app is overall user friendly but you guys need to fix the notifications and account updates.

I don't see very good reviews for this app, I don't think I'll be using the space on my phone if the app has continuously had issues over the years. Maybe when its repaired.

When I go to my saved password manager from Google, it shows my p/w with stars but won't let me see it. I've been able to do this in the past, which is convenient, because I never write them down.

Good app but just can't seem to edit my payment amount and can only pay the full amount, unlike their online smart hub. Fix and it'll move to 5 stars.

Takes entirely too long to get an authentication code. By the time I get it, the app has timed out. So now I can't login into the app. Good job guys.

I got a message that my payment was declined. It was billed to the wrong card. I had my new card registered . My last card had to be canceled because of a security breach.
