Just installed the new app on my Note 9 Android phone. Really like the new easy, modern format. New speed and visual clarity are amazing. Audio is greatly improved, as the background theme music is newly toned down, no longer overwhelming the speakers' and announcers' voices. I can now watch and listen to Hope Channel live while I'm working from room to room, not being tied to the T.V. or computer in one room. Thank you for keeping up with cutting edge technology!. I love Hope Channel and all its programming. Initially, the app performed very well, but within the past several months, the app crashes every few minutes (sometimes less than 1 minute), and I miss hearing important information. The same is true across three devices. I thought that it was my ISP, but today, I got a warning from my latest Android to put the Hope Channel app to sleep because of frequent crashes. I hope this can be fixed because I enjoy listening to HC around the world.

Unfortunately the accelerator support to turn your phone landscape mode and the screen adjust, only works in one direction.. when I turn my phone to the right the image flips to the left and I'm left watching an upside down picture. Because of this I'm unable to get immersed in the dramas and let it play at night while my phone chargers based on where the socket and cable must be... please fix

I'm only giving it a 4 star because of the recent update. It doesn't support the stay on screen or background play, so when my screen times out, everything stops which is quite disappointing as I want to watch without bothering about touching my phone... please fix bug asap Apart from that, I really love the programs they are spirit filling and has helped me grow spiritually

The app is great and perfect helps me when am in remote areas and i want to access the good news.I know to some have experienced some difficulties opening the app.. It happened to me on its recent update. but for me what i did, I went through settings (on Apps) I selected the app and cleared cache and app data. then i tried to open it again, it worked perfect thank you😇

Keeps lagging and content freezes even when wifi is working great. I have android Samsung. I have installed and reinstalled. Used to work great a few years ago, have not been able to get it work the same in my last 2 android phones.

I had this app for a few years; however, there had been times the current week of Hope Sabbath School was not available. So, I started going on Youtube. Then, I couldn't access the Hope Channel app at all. Although I've uninstalled and installed the app many times, I still haven't been able to access it for about a year. So, I had my husband download the app on his iPhone, and it works just fine. Maybe the app doesn't work because I have a Samsung android. I sincerely miss the Hope Channel app.

Video pauses.Can not watch sabbath school lesson of 59 minutes in 3 sitting. the application does not allow vlc player despite downloaded the video. the video control is minimal.should allow rewind for 30 second or minute.the bible verse being read showing up is really good.in short the video user interface doesn't have flexibility.
