My girlfriend and I tried to change our ticket. My Android app would not show all of the available departure times, only those AFTER our scheduled departure. Her Apple iPhone app showed all of the available times, including the one we wanted that departed one hour earlier. Now I wonder if I can trust this app. Update: we got on one two hours earlier that was shown as fully-booked on the iPhone version, and not even visible on the Android version. This app needs significant work.

It's super irritating that this app keeps forgetting my login details. Idk if this occurs upon updating the app. - You cannot buy new commuter agreements (turkort, pedestrians). Furthermore it would be useful to be able to buy tickets in advance, activate later (see e.g. skaanetrafikkens app). These fixed would be much appreciated.

Calendar shows wrong weekdays on dates, making it impossible to know if the correct date has been chosen

It is a pretty decent app in terms of user interface, but, alas, it's always been buggy throughout versions (at least there are not so many updates any more -you used to have to start your 'user journey' by updating the app every time you wanted to use it). Sometimes it just opens to blank screen (frustrating when you are at the gate!), and if I try selecting a date for the following month via "select date" calendar, I can go to next month, but nothing happens when I try to pick a day...☹️

Cannot access tickets and when I try to, the app crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled again. Doesnt change anything. Besides, it would be nice to have the option to edit tickets without being 100% dependent on an app that doesnt work. So much for 'making things easier'.

5 Months Later... STILL Cant select days on the calendar after last update! Nothing happens when you select a date. it just stays black.

I cannot select any dates on next month, only current month. That renders the app rather useless near a monthly change. previous version worked fine

The 2D barcode is not readable by the scanner at the harbor. My tickets are hidden in the menu - they should be at the top when opening the app.
