I'm enable to pair my cecofry via the app, I'm already connected to 2.4GHz WiFi i have a ZigBee gateway where i tried to add my device via smart life and also this app but without success I'm told to press the reset button for 5sec until the indicator start blinking fast, but i couldn't find where this reset button is located, i tried to hold the on/off button for 5 sec, turn of the device and turn it on again wait for 10sec and try to pair it but it's not showing. Please can you help?

The app is stuck on loading the map. The support is only available in Spanish and only on working days. And replys back at least 24 hours after your request. I dont think it is worth it. I have noticed it tries calls Google and Baidu every minute. I have blocked it for the time being from my router, but it is very sus.

The vacuum (11090) is ok but the app is terrible. There are several modes of the vacuuming, but it doesn't explain what's the difference. You can create a schedule for the vacuuming but you can't delete it (also you never know what mode it will use) There are "functions" and "quick cleaning modes" that do nothing or almost nothing but you can't get rid of them. The english is wonky at best. There are so many better apps on the market, just use them as inspiration instead of inventing the wheel.

If you put the Conga somewhere and it doesn't recognize the place, it instantly overwrites a perfectly good map that has been working from 1 month and starts mapping from scratch. I only need 1 map, yet the app keeps deleting/overwriting it, managing the maps is a buggy mess. The other features work well, though.

After a year using the Conga I had to delete and insert again the Conga several times, issues always with the map, losing connection, etc. good product but the connection between the device and the app is really bad.

App won't adhere to daylight savings time and can't change it in settings (there's no option to edit, it just says "Europe/Madrid") , cleaning cycle now starting an hour earlier.

The aplication is not always in sync with the device. There are many situations when the device is off but the application shows it on and vice-versa. Some actions to correct this situation are needed fast! There is a real danger to operate remotely the device!

With the new update, the app crashes on startup. This is extremely poor user experience. I am very unsatisfied. I am on a trip, and I wanted to start the cleaning before I reach home. You need to hire better engineers. I would have given less than one star if possible, considering the other bugs
