ESV explained the difference. With the paid version you can click on just about any word and you will get translations and definitions that really help with context. Also, when you click on a geographical location, the app will explain where it is as we know today; and if possible, the app will tell you the modern name of the city. I was incorrectly under the impression that those features were in the free version. Thus, the paid app has a lot more than just a Bible, and well worth the money.

The abundance of options and the suggestions to delve deeper are extremely good. I have enjoyed the easy navigation and cross reference between all download books. I recommend highly.

Really enjoying the concordance feature within the Bible. I did, however, think I was buying a concordance where I could look up words and see where in Scripture they were used and their origin. I have yet to find this feature

I apologize but I am having hard time with using this. I paid 19.99 and subscribed but I am unable locate an audio bible, other than with the instructions to go the store and buy one. I assumed it would be included as in the description. Maybe I misunderstood. Please tell me that I am doing something wrong. I am also curious to know if I will still have access to my resources on my MacBook? I am finding this more difficult then other similar resources. I think, I prefer to use my MacBook.

I like the direct link to Strong's which makes it so user friendly! However, in recent months, the app is constantly getting stuck and unresponsive.

Being able to change background colors is the most important aspect of this app for me. The study tools & research this app can do with speed is phenomenal. Thank you.

App is slow starting and often locks up on open lately. Please look into problem. Samsung S20 Update: This particular is the problem. Install the regular OLIVE TREE BIBLE instead and choose ESV strongs as your default Bible. Problem solved. Review of this app stands at 1 5 stars for the regular app.

Trying to look up a word and see the origins and original meaning but all the app does is highlight the word.
