Buggy app with poor service. The sign-up promo can be redeemed only once even if the purchase isn't completed. If the app worked reliably this wouldn't be a problem, but it unfortunatley encountered an error the first two times I tried purchasing a plan. Even without promo the price was good so I went through with the purchase. I've never used an esim as unreliable as this one in CDMX, I always had a full bars for my data connection but only on rare occasions could actually access the internet.

Used this product while visiting the USA at the moment, took a bit of configuration on phone settings to get it to work after doing that it worked brilliantly. You can check allowance left and top up if needed. I would definitely use this again and highly recommend it.

Really bad experience in Maldives! I bought a 200 Mb plan for 7 days and in day 4 when I needed to leave for the airport I had no data at all. the app showed still only 176 Mb used. No warning the plan was about to expire, just cut it off. App was hard to use, setup was complicated and time consuming. It basically shows how to spend more money buying plans, but customer care for the existing one is close to zero. I uninstalled the app, not worth it a second chance to spoil another vacation. :((

You get 5g but garbage ping and super throttled internet. It's really not interesting in some countries (Mexico). Saily and Airalo are pricier but the network is actually decent. Edit: still a bad experience. I traveled from Mexico to Oaxaca by land and had no network for 7+ hours. Manually reconnecting or selecting networks didn't do anything. I suggest you review your partnerships with Mexico or offer local esims instead of Irish ones set to roaming leading the heavily throttled connections

set up was a little tricky but followed the steps a few times and got it working within 20 minutes while waiting for our bags at the airport. Service seems like any other network, coverage and speeds can vary depending on where you are. overall I'm very happy as between hotel WiFi and my esim I've not been without internet service during the course of my holiday.

Used the trial data they provided to set the ESim up and make sure everything was working before my holiday. I could only get the discount code to work through their website as the app would crash when adding the promo code or say you can't use it. Just returned from a week in Egypt where I used the ESim flawlessly.

Far from ideal. I need esim abroad but app want location to tell me there is no trial in my location-I dont care, I need esim abroad. Not possible to pay by card, I inserted promo code, it requested google pay, i had to add card so canceled my order and made new -> cannot use promo anymore. Trial was there even if app said no. I made it working after some troubles, but now app is stuck and only requests rating even after restart. You should pay some proper tester.

Worst roaming experince in my life, signal comes and goes without any logical reason doesnt matter where you are, speed is ridicule, installation of esim is full of bugs and the cherry on the cake is when you try to renew the plan, it charges you, doesnt work, support is non existant and the faq and troubleshot is a joke (restart your phone and contact support). Never ever ever again
