Doesn't matter

Please introduce cancellation fee so that non prospective people do not misuse the platform. Fed up of casual cancellations done after booking on multiple apps. All happening just bcoz of no cancellation fee. The end looser is the driver with his fuel and time that leads to a demotivated driver. Easily solvable just by introducing cancellation penalty. Apart from this one issue mentioned above....the app is super good and has a blessing for us drivers.

No cancellation charge for drivers after reaching/ waiting at the pick-up location. If there is no cancellation charge, then the customer will cancel the ride as much as they want. Most of the time, it gets hung or doesn't work properly. Worst Experience. For name sake, the support team will reply to my comment but no use after complaining also.

Worlds worst app I have ever seen first the bookings cancel back to back by customers than I called customer support they don't have any knowledge they me to logout i have done that after that I didn't get OTP to login app when I called them again they told me the OTP should come from opretor sir hahahah so now I'm going to push my auto pay if I have earned half day than y should I pay tham

the customer is very bad and in this app if we drive extra kilometres it will not add in the trip like rapido adds the extra amount if we drive extra kilometres very very bad dont join

This app is too good but price is very low.if customer book the rikshaw or cab do not cancelled by coustomer or partener if any problem to cancel the booking minimum charges may be applied

Taking too many time to open the app when accept the ride....and sometimes did not working Google map also when taking ride

No use of download.. What they are giving auto fare when riding request comes it's too low.. This app benifit for passenger loss for driver

Worst app, For driver partners you ask for all blady vehicle logs, aadhaar etc etc and for riders you dont, today i took a trip went to the location,rider never responded to the call nor he was blady waitinf at the pick up point, i checked the riders name ans was surprised to see aaa as the name, now you tell me how can i ask someone do you know who is aaa. Who the blady hell is goind to pay me for 1 klm which i travelled for pick up, include cancellation charges
