Maybe it's OK if you have a Korean credit card. As a visitor, it's pure pain. Doesn't support Google Pay, and international cards require numerous slow-loading pages of faff to process. You can't save the payment method for the future or load up an in-app balance, so you have to go through this for each locker, once to start and again to pay a final ransom when you return to collect. App refuses to work if you grant "Ask every time" location tracking privileges; Google should crack down on that.

Horrible. Took over an hour trying to figure out this app. Turns out half the lockers are just broken and the other half you have to click "lock" first and then click "unlock" in order to unlock. Literally won't work without hitting lock first. Took ages to process and unsure if I'm going to be charged 10 extra times for all the extra lockers that failed to open.

Good app to reveal locations and availability of lockers. However cannot make payment to reserve as it always results in connection error even though the connection works fine.

Terrible service. Unclear instructions. No help on weekends. No English service on help line. Use FOREIGNERS to deisgn these. Not Koreans with their strange systems that no one else in the world uses.

The worst locker system i have ever used. Tried to retrieve my stuff from the locker and it wouldn't open. Called the help center, they couldn't open it either.

Terrible system! Only works with Korean Credit cards. Their site even spells "credit" incorrectly as "creadit". Please consider allowing international credit cards to work. Or at least allow a t-money tap system

Useless for me. I can't even pay with my foreign credit card and local atm cash/debit card. I ended up using the coin locker inside lotteworld instead.
