I really cant understand why my employer has waisted time and money on a an app that only does 2 things logging in and rota. While I'm still stuck trying log into the software to access to payslips. I've repeatedly asked for a password reset. I've checked every email account and it's spam. I still don't have a password reset. Which I really need as I'm of work post surgery. Not knowing if I'll ever be able to walk again properly, so needing to apply to benefits and needing access to my payslips

Ever since the update on the 17th, whenever you press the roster button. It crashes...I've noticed it's affecting mostly Android users...uninstalled and re installed and it worked briefly before doing the same again....

Doesn't show shifts when filtered, I know which houses are closet to me. If I filter the results to 10km (I'd prefer the option to select miles) It says 'There are no shifts available' even though I can see them if I don't filter. If I don't filter I have to sift through 100 of shifts that are useless because of travel. It needs fixing as the houses that I work for are crying out for staff but if nothing shows they keep on being short.

This app is not working properly on my phone. I will receive notification of available shifts, but once open the app and click on open shift, it always says no shifts are available. Meanwhile, there are loads of shifts.

Absolutely awful app. Constant crashes and failures to log in. Majority of the time it fails to show shifts or holidays. I work in admin and everyday staff come to complain about the technical issues of Sona's inadequacies. Trying to get resolution from Sona is shockingly abysmal, a dreadful chat bot or raising a ticket into the ether! 29/11/23 Sona sort it out! Yet another email from work to all staff saying another issue with holiday booked time off! Truly awful app

The app works fine previously,I changed my phone and not receiving notifications anymore. I have checked settings on apps on the phone but doesn't show notifications so I can set it up.thanks

Well I would love to give more than 1 star but seeing as it won't recognize my phone number I can't. I've tried contacting sona but as it's Christmas I haven't had a response yet. The company I work for has all the correct information for me, but I still can't get in to the app.
