It was very good until the latest November 2019 update. I can no longer download the shows to view them offline and half the time I'm getting internet connection errors eventhough my WiFi and Mobile Data speeds are 150Mbps at least. Also, some of the shows no longer display the full list of episodes for you to select. In short, the app has become beyond useless and annoying since the latest update. Please revert back to the old format!

You can't play anything from abroad. It's also quite confusing. You can install the app (not sure why you can if you can't play anything), then you see content (most of which is displayed as "not available") and when you click on some available content, you see a pop up "sorry we can't stream in your country". Dear RAI, you make great content and I love your documentaries. If you really want to be so restrictive, just don't allow downloads abroad outright!

The mobile Apps was perfect since few months back. Now, 9 out 10 times crashes, stays locked on the initial screen, give me message data cinnection is missing and so on. Very dissaponting because without this app there is no way for me to follow up on italians news and program. Can someone collect this feedback and do something?

This app is so poorly designed it's not even funny... It asks for user registration if one wants to see the on-demand content, and then it offers *zero* options for personalization, it doesn't even remember what you were watching last, much less at what point you were. Not to mention the absence of a "setting" menu. And last but not least: NO subtitles, not even in Italian! I guess this app has been designed by some cheap bozo because Rai had to have one, but they don't really want us to use it.

One of the worst streaming app I've ever used on Android TV. Every time I use it there is at least one error that forces me to restart the streaming. The sad part of the story is that every time you start watching something, even after the aforementioned errors, you are forced to watch 1 minute of ads

There's no option to change to original language. I'm English but i live in Italy and on my TV I can put it to the original language (English). I can see this is a great app I was really excited when I thought I could watch my favourite shows when I wanted. However the 1 star rating was due to not having the option to change language. If it did this app would be 5 stars.

One of the worst streaming app. I use it on my Sony xj90 and the stream flow gets blocked every few minutes making it impossible to see or stream any content. I am complained to raiplay before but there barely no update or effort in resolving the issue. Una app di merda in pratica.

I am from Armenia and I want to improve my Italian, this is really unfair to close all the interesting things for foreigners, why? I am searching for Italian TV Series and movies, but either I find "closed" because I am out of Italy, or I find 4 or 5 old series incompleted. I hope this big problem will be fixed. I look forward to it. Grazie per attenzione!!!
