Just got this. Spent almost $400, and I've been having sync issues since I got it. Customer Support provides vague instructions that show their inability to listen.

The app is terrible. Any link points you to buying more wands/buying something or giving your email address, for something/ anything else. The limited context is rarely updated, what is there isn't the most interesting and just standard stuff you can find anywhere... I did expect much more given the apparent science in the actual wands. Pros-you can log alot of data in a given day to show the different moods/ days/ cervical positioning ect: a very good system to look at alongside the hormones

Was a good app, but update removed comparison chart and reference tools that made that high cost of test strips worth it. I think they are trying to push paying for their coach to tell you what your data means, but I already spend enough money on this and have no interest in a coach. Without reference values included for comparison, I will probably switch to a different company

It snycs so much better, but I'm disappointed with the lack of symptoms and mood options. There are common symptoms and moods that aren't even listed. The least the app creators could do is have an "add symptoms" option. I know there's the notes section but I want to see everything all together for quicker reference.

Not working. I get taken to a welcome back page but I haven't created an account. After uninstalling and reinstalling several times, deleting data and the cache the problem persists. They should probably get better app developers my hunch is that it is outsourced ETA customer service is terrible no matter what time of day you try to use it. I close the chat support after 30 min+ of waiting and so far I haven't got through to the support team because I'm not prepared to wait for well over 30 mins

I've been having this issue for over a week now, where information from my last cycles isn't showing up. I've reached out to support, but they haven't been able to help me. 6-27-24 Still no help from Mira support. I can't see my last cycle and can't create any type of report. For as costly as the wands are, it's beyond ridiculous to get no help. I have an email thread with the air, apparently, because no one is helping.

Customer care is unresponsive. I have trying to unsubscribe my Wands subscription for over a week and there is very inconsistent help. The fact that they don't provide a number to call into is also very inconvenient.

The app has been great for the last 6 months. Today, it completely crashed and is only showing a blank white screen that says, "There is something wrong. Please contact support." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but there's no change. The app is doing the same thing on my boyfriend's iPhone. My history and chart seem to be completely gone. Clicking the contact support button lets me start a chat with Ai, but the message doesn't go anywhere. Very frustrating.
