Hi developer, I try to scan and print my e consignment but the detail suddenly disappeared. And then the OIC pos said must do e consignmnt first and put the detail. I told them I have put multiple of time. They helped me out to scroll down refreshed, hmmm useless. all my 'to print' 'to track and 'completed' econsigment 100% hilang.

It's been 2 days the apps keep telling me to verify my account to create a shipment. Every time I want to verify, it says internal server error. Please fix this as soon as possible as I need to make my shipments urgently. The one time shipment is okay but not the prepaid one.

Laggy, showing slow connection although other apps don't show otherwise. When I am keying in my address, I can't locate my location - the map/database needs a serious update

Bad apps. Can't even proceed to next screen after key in all the details required. Even after updated the apps as well. Not friendly user as it seems.

After print, plz keep the details sender /recipient.. System updates super slow. Dah scan, print tax tapi dlm app not showing tracking number.

The worst app ever in the history. It was ok before the last update. Can't literally do anything now. Can't scan QR code. Can't save addresses. Can't delete addresses. Can't enter details for new shipment. NOTHING. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled and is still the same useless app that does nothing. And all my history were wiped out too. To the development team, how can you ever let this piece of rubbish of an app exist and forces customers to "use" it? I'd like to give 0 stars if I could.

Stupid app keep on jumping and scrolling up whenever I complete a form. I have to scroll all the way down again to fill in the next blank. The app just randomly closes the form I was filling. I have to fill everything, address, names, phone numbers all over again! worst app ever! Cannot print or download the consignment note. Press on "print" or "download" button, nothing happens. In the end have to use PC website to log in and print manually. This app wasted my 1 hour trying to figure it out!!

App too slow & buggy. After typing receiver address, it didn't showed up at the consignment list. Had to refresh multiple times until it showed up. When I went to my local Poslaju branch to print out the consignment notes, it took me a VERY LONG TIME to scan & print. In the end I gave up and just ask the counter staff to print them out for me. Also, when I tried to remove certain addresses from my Favourite list, it always said “failed to update address”.
