Glad it has a remote function but really annoying that I keep getting logged out and it takes forever to get into my place. However, it doesn't seem like the Apple version has this issue for some reason...

Originally had a 2 star review, but I realized that was too kind. The app barely functions, the widget is completely no functional. I have been late to things on multiple occasions because it took at least 5 minutes and over *20 TRIES* to unlock my apartment. My building has gone through multiple apps to control the locks, this one is by far the worst one we've ever had.

Most people in my unit told me to give up on this app. I gave salto the benefit of the doubt and persisted. Ended up getting locked out st 2am. Keeps asking for email and stuck in a loop. Tried uninstalling, turning phone off etc. Nothing works. Ended up giving up and buying $20 cards instead. Lot less hassle. Hopeless app. Even worse when you consider theyve had this feedack for years and still cant fix issues. They will eventually go bust.

Had logged in before; now wants password *again* of course didn't have it on me. 🙁 Next then of course I'm in an endless loop with Firefox. It doesn't give me a chance to type in the pwd but immediately returns to the app. Subsequently having deleted the complete app memory it always says "invalid email" to any email address I type in and then "runtime error"😯. Strangely, after an uninstall reinstall it did work. Maybe an update was somehow botched? This took far too long ...🙁🙁

Slow AF. Not happy that we are forced to use this slow and flaky app to open doors. If you have BT headphones conected to the phone, even worse if having a phone call at the same time, its 99% that it won't work from 1st time. Even when it works, it takes ages to transfer key and the lock to open. People usualy use more than one feature of the phone at the same time. Simple tag is much better UX than this app.

Not reliable. Unintuitive UI. Does not open doors easily. thought I was opening my friend's apartment door on several occasions, not mine. Account set up without my permission by a third part and used wrong email address, no option to change email address once set up. Rather than a key or an NFC card, this requires your phone to be charged. Not idea at the end of a long day or night out. Poor implementation of this concept. Avoid.

Absolute tire fire. Mostly times out or errors, causing locks to flash red and beep - particularly entertaining in a lobby area with so-called "speed gates" for access. Using the default bluetooth is painfully slow - far from a quick tap, it's more of a dance-near-it-and-hope situation. Often, it will just unlock some other random door! Fun. You can set up remote unlocking instead via some god awful setup. Now I can trigger my office's doors to open at will from home. How's that for security?
