The app. Works well overall. However, I feel the that when looking at the appointments it should also say what the appointment is for. It only tells you doctors name, date ,time ect. When you have several appointments scheduled in advance it's difficult to remember what each appointment is for. Example: optometry, dentistry and so on. Hope this helps.

I had to have a SPECT scan done. I was a little nervous about the entire process. However, from the point of checking in to the first two nuclear technicians to the technician who did the last scan and checking out, everyone was top notch with explaining everything I needed to know. They all put me at ease. Would I recommend this facility? Absolutely 100% without a doubt!

From the moment I walked through the front door into the ER, every single staff member, including security of NYU Hospital, has been absolutely refreshingly welcoming and compassionate. I find the app easy to navigate and whatever I'm looking for whether it's results from my last visit or ones before they are readily available. I can easily send a message to my doctor or request medications refills. It's just an easy app to use.

I seldom write reviews, i need 2 pt out how the entire staff @ the Bayside branch, was not only extremely professional, but truly kind and comforting. I thank the medical asst whom assisted me, Michaela, as well as, a Super Special Thanx 2 the receptionist, Roxana, that helped me out so very much that day, by accommodating my troubled schedule... I would obviously, most definitely, recommend this Bayside branch. Again, my thanx 2 the entire staff. 🩻

The app is great and easy to navigate. You get test results at the same time than doctors. The downside is the medical costs, I try to avoid going to the hospital unless I am dying, but it has nothing to do with the app itself.
