Need to tell way in advance that you charge extra for delivery even if the order is quite large. Moreover, that you charge even extra for "high hours". That is extremely ubpkeasant, least to say.

Cannot order a pizza, whenever i try it always says that there are some positions unavalable in the restaraunt and recounts the full order. It worked at one point but at least for 3 months it always errors like this.

Now it gets better. At least promo works fine. I've found one issue: popup screen with promo congrats doesn't allow to review my order - i.e. I have to chose gift pizza while I don't see ordered stuff. Of course I see the full order before payment procedure.

1/10. 😠 Awful service. Delivery takes several hours, no matter the estimated time after You've finish the order. Pizza is below awarage. Rude & useless support team & curriers. Curriers are trying to get away with Your money suggesting that they "don't have" change on them (even if You've stated that change will be needed). They don't accept cards, only cash & if You pay online - the order may never reach you, considering that You can easily spend half the day waiting for the postpaid order.

the App is amazing especially for foreigners that don't speak russian. you just have to choose the kind of pizza you want and topping without calling the store to place an order, and you can change the language. amazing waaw.

Worst pizza delivery ever. They claim that my order would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. Okay, so now I am waiting for 2 hours, and my order is still not delivered despite the restaurant is 500m away from my house. And I cannot even track the courier, or contact the restaurant. Disgusting.

it's not a native app so interface feels a bit off, but it does function pretty well and intuitive. thanks guys.
