Every time I hit the info button to understand what evaluating means, the app locks up, and I have to reinstall on any device that the I information button was pressed. New update makes the icons for the house spin in a circle trying to copy your phone orientation even if you don't have that setting on. Really frustrating trying to hit a fidget spinner when I'm just trying to take photos.

The biggest problem was that the app didn't mention up front that photos of interior were required. I'm using this app for my insurance company and the house is a rental, so I drove out thinking all I needed were exterior shots. Now (maybe?) I'll need to do it all over again because I'll need to arrange access with the tenant. Also, the app caused my phone to overheat during the video. Granted, it's a hot day and I have an older phone, but I guess that's why the video collection is optional.

More than I had hoped for. If your doing quotes or need to measure a property. This is the 1 tool you should not forget!!! With a few pictures it was able to accurately calculate all exterior measurements as well as material needs. I'm thinking I'll not tell my competition about this Lol

It definitely needs some more work, however this will save me so much time and energy on estimating exterior projects. Hopefully they will make it work where you can do interior as well!

Wow... I tested it on my home. I have trees blocking some areas but it still got the massing and windows correct. The dog condo was correct but everything else was. Complete list of windows and sizes, sf of exterior and more. I suspect it's free because of the brands you choose to make the rendering. Now I need to see if I can export it.

This app is incredible. Even with trees, bushes, and bad angles, they always seem to get accurate measurements. If you estimate exterior projects professionally, you would be a fool not to use Hover. The time it saves you is infinitly more valuable than whatever it costs to use.

App doesn't allow you to upload photos, makes you take them on the app. This is not helpful for people like me who are still recovering from a hurricane, with no internet access for weeks at a time. Things had to be moved around for home access purposes, or small debris already removed. I was unable to download this app until over a week after the damage took place, though I took photos early on before moving things, instead of weeks later, but I cannot upload the pictures taken. Not helpful.

This app just doesn't work. My insurance company made me use this and when the camera pops up there are no buttons to record or take pictures. After it somehow took a picture and uploaded it, I was told the upload failed and now I can't even try to upload anything. Why can't I just upload photos taken by my regular phone camera? What a bizarre design. EDIT: After contacting support, we were able to get the issue resolved, so that was nice! They were very friendly and helpful.
