It always disapears the Favorite list that I create. It is something that really becomes annoying, because it wastes your time. Andd it shouldn't, for the money you pay. Not to mention that it crashes from time to time which makes things even worse. They should improve it, otherwise i shall disinstall it.

The worst service ever if to use it in web browser. Need to restart the page each 5-10minutes to let video playing again becuase it always stuck. Internet connection was good. Checked several times using speedtest. Had to continue watching the movie on my smartphone.

It's overall good service, but when I download movie there is no any subtitles and I can't find a way to download them. I mainly watch sweet tv on tv and use mobile app only on trips and I rely on subtitles as English is not my first language. Please fix this or help me get subtitles

Amazing service, it's the future of TV viewing. Works very well, both on mobile and smart TV. For Romania, it has many channels, around 120 of them. The only ones missing are Antena 1, B1 TV, Prima TV, Agro TV, Fashion TV, ZU TV and Atomic TV. Please be kind to also add these channels, so I can cancel my classic cable contract. Keep up the good work! :)

In app it was promoted as first 7 days free, however I got charged immediately. After purchase I see no movies at app at all, it not working correctly, I can only see 6 TV channel that's all

It's good that you found HD sources for the Kino Nova, Diema and few other BG channels - you can see it by the logo, that they are better quality, but when there is fast movement or more detailed scenes only the logo is looking good, everything else is one "good" mess, and that is true for all of the channels. A better bitrate you need... We also :)

Got subscription for 15 months, after 7 months thay stoped the service for my country and said they will refund for the remaining period. When I asked how and when I will receive the refund they just stop responding. Very disappointed...

Terrible. I have been charged twice every month without even knowing. The app shows I have paie for M services, but when I try to cancel it does not exist. This is unacceptable. I will contact the authorities and tell them about this. I didn't opt for any subscription. You will be sued for this. It's not about the money. It's about stealing here. Twice every month with no active subscription. Unbelievable.
