Some great features but this is SUCH a busy app. Waaaaay too many features, votes and different player ratings. I just want match details, scores and a link to the fantasy. Far too busy and confusing navigation.

Ridiculous scorecards, very hard to quickly get. Also, video material is promoted a lot, where most of it cannot be played in my country. This app reflects this version of the game pretty well: useless.

It won't even let me register. It just says an error occurred. No explanation. Updated to latest version. Still does not work. I have purchased tickets that can only be used on this useless app. What am I supposed to do now?!

Not the best, all you guys having issues logging in and getting no help, I found the solution. Go into the app settings and clear the cache and memory then reopen the app, it works. I'd score it higher but they info to solve these problems is non existent. They also tell you to fill out a co-vid questionnaire but no information on where to find it. Very frustrating.

EDIT: LOGIN PROBLEM SOLVED. My Samsung Note20 couldn't log in, I got an error message every time I tried. After trying all sorts of potential solutions, I worked out that it was because my default browser was Bing and not Chrome. I changed that and it works! OLD REVIEW : It's game week and the app login function STILL doesn't work. No idea how I'm going to get my tickets and use them for the game... Luckily I don't have tickets for tonight or I wouldn't be able to get in!

Loving the Hundred tournament and the app mostly adds to the enjoyment. However, the 20 ball prediction game has done some annoying things...like not giving time to adjust predictions when DLS applies and whoever is setting the questions today (19/8/23) doesn't have a clue how the game works! It can be tricky to get back to the main page from the games section. I end up closing the app and opening it again

UPDATE: after getting no help from customer support or the app developer, I figured out the log-in only works if the default browser is Chrome. This is a really short sighted approach by the developer, but at least my tickets are there and the app works after changing the default back. Team lists still aren't 100% accurate, I'm not convinced ticket sharing (or the COVID check) will work on match day and there's very little support for customers - a disappointing experience.

Useless. Everyone is forced to use the app for tickets, but it's clearly not been tested, and doesn't work at all for a lot of users. Profile button on the home screen does nothing, login button on the "More" screen throws a generic error, login button on the ticket screen does nothing. So tickets are completely inaccessible, which means entry to the event is impossible.
