Used to work great. Now it frequently is unable to run a test. I'm unable to enable location, all the time. The option is greyed out. Even if I sign in using my phone it's an issue. Since 15th October frequently get a "no Internet connection " notification. Which is odd, since the network coverage in this area is good and normally find that there are "no issues " in my area, when checking the O2 status quo in relation to coverage Therefore I'm currently dealing with unreliability daily

App is a bit unreliable at times, but it's a great way to find out network issues in your area. You're also able to see where sites are located (and you can actually do a quick search if you know the cell ID (decimal for 2G/3G and hexadecimal for 4G/5G) by searching "cell:[Cell ID]"

It is basic, but works perfectly adequately. Still working flawlessly as of the Sept. 2024, thanks. 👍 For those moaning about the the background data consumption - there is an option in the SETTINGS menu in this app to disable background data collection. This app just works exactly as described. Hence 5 stars.

Coverage, mast and WiFi maps are nice. However, the "My alert places" function doesn't work, it's not saving any location...

This app is a bit pointless. So here is my issue. How are you supposed to report a network down issue with no mobile signal to do it with, because you can't report it over WiFi. You go to all the trouble of filling in the form and it says unable to report issue as no signal, it will be submitted when signal becomes available. Great, except when that happens you get a reply saying everything is working fine in the area...er...well it is now...Total waste of time.

Only use for this app appears to be when you experience issues with 02 network. Unfortunately it also appears to be unable to send network issue reports until mobile network is restored. I struggle to see any use for this app. 02, if you're reading this. Can i suggest just one app with on/offline functionality and instant chat service.

I Can't create account, after inputting phone number a text verification doesn't come through. Another gripe is if you have no signal you can't report it unless you have access to WiFi. So you can only report a problem when you have Internet connection. But I does let you know if the mast near you has issues providing you have an Internet connection

The map has disappeared. Plus the the app will indicate as to whether the signal is good indoors etc. But it's not true, It lies. The signal for data is always awful, the app just puts it down to the network being 'busy' (not an actual explanation). According to this app, O2 networks are just constantly 'busy', we pay a lot of money for this service O2. Sort it out.
