I think the app itself is wonderful! It is so easy to share photos with family and friends and is safe. Ordering items from them is an entirely different story! 1st they are based in Japan so you need to do some advanced planning when ordering if you want items for a specific date. 2)You are only able to order ONE album OR extra photo pages with each order of prints. They call the albums or pages "extras" and you are only allowed ONE extra per order so if you want more you pay shipping on EACH!

I love this app. BUT, although it says it's compatible with my phone, I can't access recent photos! What's going on? This is my Granddaughter AND Great Granddaughter I'm talking about. They're 10 hrs away and I'm disabled and can no longer drive that far. Has something changed? Please help me with this matter. Update 10-13-24: I updated the app the day it came out! It's not working on my phone now. I can't get to ANY recent photos.

Love this app, which allows me to see my nieces out of state, as well as those who live in town. Everyone had a mix of phones, some team Android, and some team Apple, but we can all view videos and enjoy photos easily with this app! I have 3 different albums for 5 different kiddos. It is great to have them all in one place that is convenient. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to share family photos.

We love this app! I set it up for our friends and family while I was pregnant, and it's the best... you won't find better. It's so easy to get going and is easy to get others added. The interface is simple to understand and is overall very user friendly. Even the great grandparents had an easy time getting on! The only thing I wish would be added is a "friend" role or a way to add custom family member titles other than "other family member." That's such a small wish though that its still 5/5!!

Price for premium went up, yet key features are missing. For instance: 1. Select photos in an album. Or select multiple photos 2. Move photos to different albums--the facial recognition is trash 3. Tag names better, like Google photo 4. I'm sure there's more. I only use it because there is no competition, and this leads to an inferior product with a price increase and missing features

The sorting into months taken seems nice, the free prints offer seems nice but I haven't used it. What's really damning about the way the app itself functions is, let's say you upload 900 files and go to watch a baby video halfway through that bunch. When you exit the video, you're sent all the way back up to the top of the album. What a huge buzz kill, and what an awful chore this makes viewing the contents of the album. I can see myself using the app much less simply because of that annoyance.

I saw a bunch of ads for this on Facebook. thought I'd try it a bit and then would most likely delete like most apps I've tried in the past. but both me and my husband are always updating pictures onto here. our parents enjoy the pictures and have even ordered the free prints. so have to recommend. really does help with not having to text your parents and everyone pics but is all in one place.

Love the app!! But gave y'all a 4 star because under one of my children's folders it only has pictures of their dad and I, not the child. I can't figure out how to get this situation fixed and it has me kinda frustrated by it. But like I said, I love the app, I love the screensaver when the phone it charging, I love the 8 free pictures a month with less the $4 for shipping!! I just want to know how to fix this situation!!!!
