Signed up for the free 7 day trial and cancelled after a couple days. They would not stop charging my credit card. Same as all the aps - they blame Google Play, and Google says it's them. I eventually had to report them to my credit card company and block them from Visa. Super fraudulent, and the ap is not good enough to finish the trial anyway. Do not sign up. Also, I reached out to support more than once, and they gaslit me, saying it was my fault after I had cancelled and followed up.

This app is the absolute worst!!! There was no warning that a renewal was near (which means I didn't know) until after I received an emailed receipt - then I had to go through all these changes to cancel. I have no intention on using the app & I thought I only paid for 1 month (this amount that was just charged to my card is for July 12 - Oct. 12) I want my money back not a sorry we don't do refunds. If you don't have this app don't get it. This is definitely a charge that I'll be disputing.

So I got a new phone. Opened the Verve ap and it is like..impossible to log in as an existing user. Makes you start as a new person. Tries to charge you. I tried several times, ended up deleting the app. Workouts were not all that great to begin with. Hopefully my cancelation sticks and I get no phantom charges as others have.

Super convenient app with excellent range of workouts. Well designed, too, making it easy to use on the go. With annual subscription, you don't have to worry about remembering monthly payments and can always easily cancel if you ever get too busy to use the programs. The Verv customer service team is too notch! If you ever experience any trouble, they're not only quick to respond, but they will go above and beyond to make sure that your whole experience with Verv goes smoothly :)

I don't even want to give this company one star. Its pretty much impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no number to call to talk to a human being. Customer service is non-existent except by email. Just awful. I've been charged 3 times for an app I tried a couple times and decided it wasn't for me, thought I had canceled, just to be charged again. And it's not just a small amount - it's $77!!! For three months! Think twice and then again before you download this trap!

This app is wholesome in that it focuses on various aspects of a person and is not just a crash course in getting thin. I love the coaching tips and the fact that one gets rest time between days of working out. I am looking forward to building flabby areas, developing endurance, and improving posture and flexibility. I am an aging dancer and this program is helping me stay healthy and in good shape even though I don't dance as much as I used to.

Finally an app that has instruction and fitness levels! I have tried so many workout apps that either assume too much physical activity or start you at the bare basics of marching in place. These workouts aren't necessarily EASY but they are formed to your selected skill level, available weights, and focus areas. Well worth it!

Refund please I just downloaded and signed up for premium account. This app is awful believe the negative reviews. No tracking whatsoever of your progress, no calendar, no way to add favorites for workouts or menu. No shopping list. This is supposed to be an inclusive app customized to your age, for workout and menu but this app does not make it easy to do this like other all-inclusive apps. I want a refund totally misleading advertising not happy one bit. If I could give zero stars I would.
