I see they tried hard on UI graphic design, but ironically it's not user friendly at all. I don't think this UI will be getting familiar even after years of use. Diffucult to browse, explore webtoons and see whats what. Their UI development direction is in a totally wrong way. Not efficient and just for looks. Daum Webtoon was much better in general. Also I don't know how difficult it is to have international payment service like Paypal. Just ridiculous.

After integration and update the app or UX/UI looks more complicated, not simple and not user-friendly anymore. It takes more time to load the initial images and unnecessary information, therefore not only for the machines(handys), but also for users it never be efficient or effective. Generally the app should have been designed in a smarter way.

Wow! The new UI and UX are awesome! Ot is really good that the animations is present in the android ver. (it is on par with iOS, usually its worse on Android) Great work! It is really out of this work tho I hope you guys also expand to the Philippines or rather globally. I also use Tapas (owned also by Kakao) but that app UI is extremely basic.

I get that with the new integration from daum to kakao, developers wanted to give it a makeover but ever heard of the phrase, "Don't fix what ain't broke"? UI is terrible, layout is confusing, and there's too much unnecessary animation. Readers don't want a shiny app, they want an app with a clean UI and they want to be able to access their content seamlessly. Please clean up your app

I feel like this app is gonna be soooo good! But I feel like it can be better if you added English translations or any translations because others that are trying to get into more books and comics etc cant read them cause they r all in Korean..whick obviously isn't your fault..but if u can, putting atleast English translations in would be great! Thank you ♥️

Please make an english version for the international readers. I'm sure this app will be a lot more popular if it has an english option. We love the webtoons in it and really want to read it here on your app. So please sincerely consider having an english version. We would really be pleased and happy with the effort that you'll make, after all everyone should enjoy all the good webtoons in your app. Please answer our suggestions, thank you.

Learn Korean, international. It's not reasonable enogh you give it 1star only for not having your language. It's in Korean because it's a korean app. There are countless amounts of apps where they don't offer korean. Who said english is necessary in every app? They will provide another language when they want and when they are ready. I only see enlglish people whining in almost every app for their language. It's not your right or privilege to demand your language in every app. Stop whinning.

You will be hated english by now because of all that complaint and 1 star rating. But here i just wanna say i love you new interface. really eye pleasing and i really love your comic collection. It's just i can't give you 5 star yet because i can't read any of it since i downloaded your app. I can handle the language or anything else but please let international readers to buy points and token using international payments like paypal or credit cards or charging monthly bills. That's all i ask.
