EverydayGames Hangman Word Game now features Leaderboards and Achievements! If the player scores more than 5,000 points, the player may sign in to Google+ and post their score on the Google+ Leaderboards their friends or the public to see! There are also several score-based Achievements which may be unlocked. To use Leaderboards and Achievements you must have a Google+ user ID.

EverydayGames Hangman is a fast-paced word game in which the objective is to correctly solve 8 words in each round. The player has 7 attempts at selecting letters for the current word. As a correct letter is guessed, the letter becomes unavailable and it is filled in at the appropriate position(s) in the puzzle. By correctly filling in more letters, the player is able to reveal more of the word and perhaps correctly fill in all the letters.

Each correctly entered letter is worth 100 points. Each letter revealed is worth 100 points, and if the letter is found multiple times in the same word, it counts as many times as it appears. For example, a letter that appears 3 times in a word, when correctly revealed, is worth 300 points. Each word that is solved is worth 500 points, plus the letter values as previously explained. In addition, a time bonus is added at the end of a game that's worth 10 points for every second the puzzle is solved in under 4 minutes. For example, if the game is completed in 3 minutes (180 seconds), the additional points are 600 = 10 x (240 - 180).

There are 2 Game Modes: Easy Puzzles consist of 4, 5 and 6 letter words. Hard puzzles mostly tend to be 5, 6, 7 and 8 letter words.
