Simple widget showing current date and time, including seconds, with customizable font size and colors (so you can use larger font sizes if you have difficulty reading smaller text on the default Android clock). Originally designed for my mother so she can see the current date in a bigger font.The font size can be changed in the widget settings, e.g. when adding it to the screen for the first time. The default widget size is 1x1, but you can resize the widget by long-pressing on it then dragging the resize handles.
Clicking on the date/time should launch your default clock app for setting alarms etc.

Simple, free, no ads, very customizable, and exactly what I was looking for! I just got it so I hope it uses the system time and not any other method so it doesn't take up a lot of memory but so far so good! Also warning it is literally only a widget and not a app you can open so you have to go to the add a widget option to add it but yea it's great so far 👍

Less is more. This is the easiest to read date & time widget in my entire collection. It has replaced all my fancy designer clocks. It even has configurable color, brightness, size, and alarms.

Brilliant! Much easier to read than the time/date in top notification bar or stock home screen widgets! Can customise font size and optionally remove time to just display the date. I can now see the date (and time) at a glance on my home screen. Thankyou very much developer - very thoughtflul, and free with no ads!
