This app was working fine until the latest upgrade. I parked my car twice in 2 days and launched the app to pay for parking and the app just does not load, spent 5 mins trying to launch and finally had to use coins to avoid parking fines. Please rectify the app as it's very difficult to avoid fines now specially if you park and go to the machine and the parking vehicle passes by

I have been using the Digital Sharjah app primarily for booking parking tickets, and my experience has been consistently frustrating. The app suffers from significant performance issues, including slow loading times and frequent crashes. On numerous occasions, the app fails to open altogether when I attempt to book parking, causing unnecessary delays. Furthermore, error messages often appear during the booking process, which requires restarting the app to proceed.

Honestly, poor experience. For parking, we can't trust this app always whenevery they update the app it will not work for days.. then I'll work until the next update. So many times i have experienced the same. If we don't have any ulternatives and you will late to put parking you will get fine. I don't know if today I'll get fine or not. I put parking late because app this app not functioning.

There are too many bugs and issues, especially with "book a taxi" service. Sometimes, it books 2 taxis for no reason. And the screen freeze. Etc.. (The app looks good, but there are too many bugs for it to be functional)

This app most times dosnt open. I mainly use this app for parking. I have to depend on parking machines. Even i tried to pay my vehicle fine, amount got deducted from my account. App got crashed in last step after payment. Fine still there.

Despite having the latest mobile phone of Samsung this app doesn't work or open most of the time and just keeps on loading. Everytime I have to login myself. Keeps on loading and doesn't work. Slow and old just like the govt itself

Was a good app now become useless with the new update with new UI. Wont work when needed for parking. And once it works when you lucky wont work if you need to extend the parking. Such a worst app update.

Each time, you have to log in using UAE Pass, then verify your mobile number by entering an OTP, and wait about 10 minutes to access the dashboard. I can't rely on it if I need to complete urgent and important work.
