This app is a joke. You can't scan zen points, it always gives you an error. You can't change the language; in Settings, it tells me I selected Romanian, but everything is displayed in English. You can't report any issue. The 'Select issue' field has no list of values, and the big purple button under it has no label. 🤣😂😂

Admission prices are not updated, neither în the app or website. Multiple problems. I can't buy any evening special tickets, there is no option to buy but it s listed. Price are way more expensive on the checkout then on the price list. How's that working?

Application is not working, if application was installed prior to 2020. Say "Maintenance Mode". Update: Google Play tell me that application MyTherme is Last updated on Apr 29, 2022. I think that you have a completely different application and will interfere with old application that is installed on Android. You require that customers to uninstall existing application prior to 2020 and install again the MyTherme application. That solved my issue.

I could not create an account within the app, to avoid connecting with my facebook one. I am always displayed the 'maintenance mode' message, and i tried on multiple, different days to connect without any success. Not to mention the certificate has expired last year and the session might be insecure.

I have an account but every single time I tried to log in, it sais incorrect email or password. When I try to reset the pass, it sais that the new pass cannot be the same as the old one! The log in part is difficult and has errors.. 🙄 You need to check that.

Cannot log in with my current account. Cannot creat a new one either. "Ooops an error has occurred" is being displayed. Also in app information doesn't seem to be up to date. Eg. occupancy is always 2/6 in all areas.

Can't login, always shows the incorrect email or password message, although using the same credentials on the website works. Can't reset the password through the application, several error messages. Couldn't use it at my visit. 1 star is too much

There are several current bugs: 1. The tickets page keeps loading forever. 2. The app crashes when I click on my profile.
