It looks like your latest update has literally screwed the app. I have used your app in the past and I'm sure your dev team must be working hard to fix this. I really wish you get it back on the track at the earliest because this app has really proved handy in the past while getting help in case of urgencies. Hope to see all issues getting resolved soon.

It is unusable. I get a message that it "keeps stopping" - it won't even open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists. I have an Android phone. I have updated to the latest version as the developers recommend but nothing has changed.

The app crashes everytime I open it. Clearing the cache and data; uninstall and reinstall do not resolve the issue. Much more app maintenance provided on the EVO car share mobile app.

I've been using this app for years but it won't even open anymore. It either gets stuck at the splash screen or will freeze and close itself.

My parents just got me a membership and I installed this app and it keeps crashing continuously. This is poor. My parents are paying for the service and this app doesn't work. Not a very good first impression of the company for me. I'm 17.

The feature I used most frequently in the old app, in fact every time I needed to fill up, was the list of cheapest gas nearby. If this feature exists in this new "improved" app, I can't find it. There are only pages upon pages of offers that don't interest me and that I can't switch off. My two stars are based on the assumption that the call for roadside assistance will work when needed.
