Hertfordshire is een prachtig graafschap dat enkele van de meest fascinerende en pittoreske wandelingen van het land biedt, van de glooiende Chiltern Hills in het westen tot het vredige platteland in het noorden en de grote bossen en kanalen overal.Onze eenvoudig te gebruiken digitale gids met GPS omvat 350 fantastische wandelingen van tussen de 1 en 12 mijl door Hertfordshire en de omliggende gebieden.
Filter de wandelingen eenvoudig op alle wandelingen, boswandelingen, wandelingen langs het water, bergwandelingen en wandelingen met een kroeg op de route. Je kunt de wandelingen ook op afstand van jou op dat moment vermelden.
Gedetailleerde routekaarten houden vervolgens uw voortgang bij terwijl u rondloopt en ze werken allemaal offline, wat betekent dat er geen internet of 4G-signaal vereist is tijdens het wandelen.
Contourinformatie op de kaarten toont u de hellingen van de wandeling, zodat u de moeilijkheidsgraad kunt inschatten.
Stuur na elke wandeling feedback in via de eenvoudige vragenlijst, zodat we de wandelinformatie in de app na verloop van tijd kunnen verbeteren. De resultaten van deze vragenlijsten worden als gebruikersbeoordelingen weergegeven op de informatiepagina van elke wandeling.
Na uw gratis proefperiode wordt de betaling bij bevestiging van aankoop in rekening gebracht op uw Google-account. Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd, tenzij automatisch verlengen ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode is uitgeschakeld.
Zodra u zich heeft geabonneerd, wordt uw account binnen de periode van 24 uur voorafgaand aan het einde van de huidige periode in rekening gebracht voor verlenging. Abonnementen worden beheerd via uw iTunes-account. Automatische verlenging kan na aankoop worden uitgeschakeld in Accountinstellingen.
Let op: voor deze app is een abonnement vereist als je wilt genieten van de 350 wandelingen door Hertfordshire. Er is een gratis proefperiode waarin u alle wandelingen gratis kunt uitproberen voordat u besluit of u wilt betalen. U kunt het abonnement op elk gewenst moment opzeggen via het abonnementsmenu van uw telefoon.

Love the app! Just finished our first walk and it was all very easy to follow, from the direction to get there, the path itself and the tracking route. Impossible to get lost. The walk took exactly the same time as indicated (we chose a 2h one and we finished in 2h). I especially liked the fact that the app update in real time so you always know where you are and also smaller paths are highlighted.

Great APP that uses GPS, this comes in handy for those walks with poor phone signal. Have been on walks not knowing which way to go before, but this now solves that problem telling you exactly where you are. Great walks with an option to leave feedback that will help improve the APP, with new walks being added in future updates. The subscription is minimal only £14.99 a year, or you can choose to pay monthly. Annual cost works out at £1.25 a month, less than a hot drink. In my opinion, worth it!

There is 2 reasons for the low score: 1. You can't even see a high level view of the routes before subscribing, maybe offer a handful of free ones and then if the app is really any good more people will subscribe. 2nd issue and the key one, it's all focused on 'going to the pub', the only refreshments listed are pubs, not everyone wants to visit pubs, especially those with autistic children where its not suitable. Maybe add some other refreshment points that aren't pubs!.

Some good walks on here, but lots of issues when trying to walk along some footpaths on the routes. Several times we have been midway through a walk and the footpath through a farmers field no longer exists (one of the worst was the longest route around Baldock). Some of the shorter walks (the 6 mile around Langley) also had no footpath along one section. Would be good for users to be able to rate each walk / feedback against specific routes.

This app has actually changed my weekends. I love picking a walk and taking my dogs new places. I have gained in confidence exploring new areas as I always have the map to fall back on if I get a bit lost where as before I wouldnt go to places I didnt know without someone with me. Thank you Hertfordshire Walks..you really have made a difference to my life!

Great app for ideas of where to get outdoors in Hertfordshire. The only way it would be perfect is if it was possible to select walks you're interested in. A favourites button? But seriously a great app.

Downloaded as it looked amazing. Then realised you cannot see any walks without paying a subscription fee so immediately deleted. Will stick to OS Maps and All trails.

Great App perfect for hundreds of walks and tells you everything from where you eat to how long and where the walk goes. Great for all ages and if you love hiking this is the best app around. Enjoy folks.
