I do like the clean interface, but it isn't worth the inconvenience of not being able to upload receipts. it even says in their IRS letter that I can upload receipts in the app, but there's no reply to the letter, and I can't upload a pdf as I can on the website... need an awkward photo or screenshot. also, it won't remember my credentials, & it was kind of hard to find after installing. why isn't the app named "asiflex self service" as it is in the store?

It worked in the sense it let me upload a photo but I am very concerned that the last update was over a year ago. It would be wise to bring it up to 2020 standards, including the latest biometric API supporting fingerprint and facial authentication. This handles medical info so being updated, at least every six months, would instill more confidence.

This app having trouble remaining logged in. I have logged in twice filled out all the fields (which the date field is not user friendly!) then went to select my documentation pictures and the app logged me out making me start all over! This has happened on more than occurrence and really needs to be remediated. It makes it alos impossible to use the app.

App is so frustrating the past 3-6 months. I take a picture of supporting documentation as support to a claim. Picture is clear all information is readable and below file size. 10 years of using flex I know the rules. Upload to app and a week later get a letter says it was not readable. Submit exact same document through website on computer and it is accepted. Very frustrating for customers. Please fix the app!!

App is minimal, not much information available on app. Service is terrible with this company. If you're HR shopping around I'd choose a different vendor. They make it difficult for employees to use the flex card & argue when multiple receipts have been provided. I never had issues until we switched to ASI as our vendor. I've had money withheld for 6 months of payroll, the year is almost over, and ASI still won't release the funds. What good is the tax free incentive when ASI makes it difficult.

I was all excited for a quicker and easier way to submit claims than myFBMC, but the app wont let me select the PDF I created, which is under the file size limit, and says the path cant be found. I used the same file on the ASI website with no problems though. Frustrating!

It's great and easy. Should show current balance. On the Android app, your feedback is not a visible option. In addition, it's frustrating that I can't pull up the app with typing in ASI OR FLEX. Besides going to the Play Store and opening, what is a shortcut

App does what I need to very well. I do knock it down to a 3 though because I do not have the option to save username and password. I have to manually type it in each time. Which is annoying. Biometrics login would be great!
