Very difficult to use. I was guaranteed up to 250 credits that I could use to purchase vitamins, gym membership and other healthy items by completing activities. I was only awarded 30 credits, even though I did more than 160. Cdphp refused to give me the credits I earned. They do this, by involving two other apps you need to have, this way they can tell you the other company is responsible. You need three different apps to use this. It's a brilliant legal scam.

Not a bad app, and it generally does what it's supposed to. It's fairly limited in functionality, though. It would be nice if it had a few more of the features available when logging in via a browser, like pre-auth status.

I love cdphp they're amazing I have been with them for 4 years have not had no problems I have them through the state I don't have them through my company that I work for. I would recommend them they've been so helpful with my doctors and me being in the hospital I don't know what else more to say about them except for that they've been amazing.

CDPHP app is not communicating with phone permissions to access files, so I can't upload gym membership proof of purchase files. The app states to go to Settings > Apps > my CDPHP but I can't just add a permission to the app that the app is not asking for. Please fix this

Frustrating. Now every time I open says to update to continue but theres no update. But before that whenever I try to submit a claim form it wont work till the 50th time, and I have to do that once a month, and it takes too long even when it does work

I agree, this rewards program is a brilliant scam- multiple apps, hard to use, impossible to redeem especially for people that are not tech savvy.

Jesus Christ, as if insurances isn't already enough of a farce, now we have to use subpar apps. I'm not sure how many more permissions than 'all' I can give the app for my camera, but it's demanding them.

Everytime I open the app it tells me I have to update to the newest version, but there's no update available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still showing that....
