After 20 years with csl and 1010 now I update my contract and I have to pay the first bill by cash. Changing back to credit card is easy over the phone. To pay the outstanding bill I am advised to download the app. Now the app wants my password. I dont have. To get or redo a password I must dial *111#. I do that and I cant get any further. I am overseas. This is crazy. The app looks pretty but is no help. 1010 needs to redo the whole thing.

If it works, v6.2.3 will be best update as it now shows usage easily and quicker for each of the multi-user's number. Bonus that it allows setting data limit for each user. Dont seem to know how to build a working Ui. Pointless security checks that keep locking out of the app for no reason and flooded with marketing
