EntraPass go geeft u de controle over uw beveiliging. Hiermee kunt u overal en op elk moment communiceren met uw EntraPass-beveiligingssysteem. Deze gebruiksvriendelijke mobiele app geeft je realtime toegang tot meer dan 20 beveiligingstaken, waaronder: Toegangskaarten beheren en maken met de mogelijkheid om een foto te maken van de camera van je apparaat en deze toe te voegen aan de toegangskaart die je zojuist hebt gemaakt. This app has been broken for 2 years now. "Server or user info is not valid - Error 400" on my Android device everytime I login and navigate from tab to tab. Very annoying that this known issue has not been fixed for this long. Reading other posts, I am far from alone here. Disgraceful from a big company to not fix this.

The app is slow, lacks clear labels to go with the icons, and logs me out whenever it goes into the background. The lack of an event monitor that can be viewed without an export is hugely annoying. This app is extremely unfinished, and it needs some real work. If you are looking for a more detailed list of features that would make this app/web app more functional I am happy to chat about it.

When you edit server login credentials via the app, it creates a duplicate login instead of modifying the one you want. Then to delete these extra servers you have to successfully log in to one then go to the cog which brings up the server lists and has a delete button. Pressing this button doesnt delete the server, rather it just takes you to the original login page. This process is a bit clunky, time consuming, and, in my experience, broken.

Pretty slow and the features are hard to find because they aren't set up the same way as the desktop. The functions aren't labeled with names, just little icons so you have to guess at it and learn by trial. Mine tells me I have a server error every time I press a button but it still let's me use it. Also, it looks like an app from 2010. Kinda low res and blocky. Its all good though overall.

App is very slow (expect to wait 10-15 sec between EVERY action.) UI elements are not intuitive, explained or labelled. Documentation on this app is nearly non-existent from Tyco and what does exist is out of date. Our installer has a hard time reaching someone who can assist with issues we have- we have identified one staff member who knows the technology, but we have to hang up on others who know nothing. Recently an error message shows up on EVERY slow screen you reach (error 400).

When I first downloaded this app a year ago, everything worked perfectly. No problems except if I didn't have any cell service at all, which is to be expected. However, with this latest update there is a major problem. I can deny a client access but cannot give them access back once revoked. Every thing else works in the app and being able to do things remotely is wonderful. I can change access levels on the computer and the remote web client, but not on the phone app. This needs to be fixed.

This application is a pain to setup, on my Android I have to keep adding the information, username and password until for no reason with the same information use as before the server is found. Then when I look at the login screen I have dozens of entries with the same information in the drop down menu and there is no way to remove the extra items without removing and reinstalling. I would think that they could develop a better application.

It's pretty annoying. The off-site remote controls work one day, and not the next. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still randomly works whenever it feels like it
