The service itself is invaluable, especially in the current climate. Have used it for a few issues. Be aware that whilst you don't pay for the appointment, you do pay private prices for some prescriptions which can be around £30! The functionality of the app itself could be better.

ID verification issues Submitted my ID docs and photo and received a message saying these had been verified quite quickly. However, when attempting to book a consultation, it says verification is pending and to check again in ten minutes. It's been 24 hours almost.

With how much details I have to give, you may as well go to your own doctor. I went through the whole process, typed out everything that was going on for it right at the end tell me that I needed all these details, ID etc. Which I find a bit stupid. I have already shown I work for the company, I went to this thinking it would be quicker 😅 I was wrong. Not worth the hassel.

Joined the get fit programme but it provides no option for vegan/veggie lifestyles so it's exclusive and not very useful for me
